Luxury Tea Canister Packaging Box with Transparent Window & Sleeve

We designed a premium tea canister packaging box featuring a clear plastic window and an elegant sleeve, allowing customers to appreciate the product inside while enhancing the overall visual appeal of the packaging.

The Challenge

Our client specializes in selling high-quality tea, already packaged in individual canisters. They required a custom packaging solution that would:

• Hold two tea canisters per box

• Allow customers to clearly see the tea canisters without opening the package

• Present the product in a luxurious, gift-worthy way

Our Approach

To meet these needs, we selected a lid-and-base gift box structure for its classic luxury appeal. To create visibility without compromising style, we used a transparent PVC lid, carefully printed with an elegant white pattern to avoid a plain look and add sophistication.

For a more refined presentation, we designed a custom-printed sleeve to wrap around the box, elevating its high-end aesthetic and providing additional branding space.

Inside, we created custom paper inserts to securely hold and separate the two tea canisters. These inserts were also color-printed to coordinate with the overall packaging design.

The Result

The final packaging exceeded expectations. According to our client, their customers loved the design so much that they kept the boxes as decorative pieces instead of discarding them. The packaging not only protected the tea but also became a collectible gift box, enhancing the perceived value of the product.
